Outside Sales

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
 ● Identify new business opportunities
● Target, qualify and pursue leads in accordance with company strategy and techniques
● Plan and perform sales calls, appointments, and site visits
● Create opportunities through a high volume of contact calls to potential clients
● Provide accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close
● Provide reports, which track contacts, calls, etc.
● Closes sales by building rapport with potential client; explaining product, overcoming objectives
● Attend cannabis industry networking and educational events

● Must be at least 21 years of age.
● Must meet all legal requirements to work in an OLCC business.

● 2 years proven success in outside sales

● Previous packaging or Cannabis sales experience preferred

● Self-starter, highly motivated and outgoing
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Proven sales planning experience
● Previous experience with client management
● Travel required
● Reliable and trustworthy
● Comfortable working in the Cannabis industry and directly interacting with key players in the industry
